Do I need a doctor’s referral?
No referral is required to book physiotherapy. Some extended health plans may require a referral for reimbursement, so it’s best to check with your insurer.

Do you offer vestibular physiotherapy?
Yes. Vestibular physiotherapy is offered for dizziness, balance concerns, and conditions such as benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) and vestibular hypofunction. Care is provided one-on-one with the physiotherapist and tailored to each individual’s symptoms and tolerance.

Will my appointment be one-on-one?
Yes. All appointments are delivered one-on-one with the physiotherapist for the full session. Care is never shared or passed between providers.

How many sessions will I need?
The number of visits varies depending on your condition, goals, and response to treatment. This is discussed early on and adjusted as progress is made.

Do you offer direct billing?
Yes. Direct billing is available for most major extended health benefit plans. Receipts are also provided for your records.

Do you treat motor vehicle accident (MVA) injuries?
Yes. Physiotherapy treatment is provided for motor vehicle accident–related injuries including whiplash.
